They did it !!!
The big Tommy sleep out for homeless veterans, both Rab Reid and Rob Moger, braved the cold night and gave up their warm beds to sleep rough in the Corby Masonic Complex Car park.
In doing so they have raised £350 so far for the Royal British Legion.
They received visits from Bro Kenny Keys and Bro Hiten Patel both bringing them much needed sustenance and fire wood.
In the morning, breakfast was also generously provided by WBro Tom Hall.
Rab said “It was a cold damp and very uncomfortable night and made us both appreciate what we actually have in life and to all that have donated so far, a very big thank you.”
The final cut of date for the donations is the 16th April. Both Thistle & Rose and Ferraria Lodges have promised further donations and are therefore hoping to surpass their target.
