Corby Masons
As is usual in Corby, the very first meeting of the season is the installation meeting.
This was also a very special visit for the official visitor from Provincial Grand Lodge.
On Tuesday 3rd September, Lodge of St Giles 8736, received WBro Dale Gilbert the AGPM on his first official visit as APGM. As a Provinical Grand Steward some 11 years ago , the Lodge of St Giles was his very first official visit
Along with all over 50 brethren a first class installation meeting was witnessed.
The standard of ritual delivered by both the installing master Paul O,Neil and the WM Ryan McPherson was faultess and is testament to the work and organisation skills of the Director of Ceremonies WBro Milan Crooks
There followed an excellent festive board and a raffle / collection which raised over £400 to sponsor WBro John Fowler who is taking part in a non stop tennis match in aid the “young lives versus cancer trust.”
