Not all heroes wear capes, some wear lycra!

On the 22^nd October 2022, three heroes’ (W.Bro Paul Merry, W.Bro Warren Cooper and Mr Ryan Lewis) completed a sponsored cycle ride from Spalding to Corby and back (100 miles). This was to help our own Worshipful Brother Rob Pinkerton, raise funds and awareness towards the running of this fantastic group of people at www.integratedcancertherapies.org.uk . Please click on the link and see what amazing work they offer. This amazing group can only function with donations as they are all volunteers. These people help cancer patients with various treatments to ease pain and stress.

               There has been so much support for these 4 inspiring people by Corby Masons that when Brother Jeff Conisbee (WM of Thistle and Rose Lodge 6644) attended and visited local Lodges he was overwhelmed by the amount of sponsorship and donations from fellow Brethren. The amount raised to date is over £1200. Jeff is hoping that they can reach a total amount in the region of £2000.00 which in the present economic circumstances is unbelievable.
