Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting
To be held at the Masonic Hall, Rockingham Rd, Corby

Wednesday 9th March 2016 at 7.30pm
AGENDA
1. The Chairman to open the meeting and welcome the members.
2. W Bro GBD Cole to introduce the attached revised rules and regulations in accordance with the proposition carried at the Annual General Meeting held on the 16th June 2015, and then to propose that the revised rules and regulations be adopted to take effect during the next Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday 20th July 2016 subject to such amendments that shall have been received in writing by the Secretary of the Club at least 21 days prior to that meeting and to have been carried by 75% or more of the members voting in favour of each amendment.
