Corby Masons
On Monday 9th October 2023 WBro Harry Spencer Twelvetree PPSGW & a Corby Group Officer sadly passed to the Grand Lodge above.
He was a long standing member of 2 Corby lodges – firstly the Lodge of St Giles No. 8736 joining in 1976, becoming WM in 1985 and then the Lodge of Unity No. 9495 as a founder member in 1993, before again becoming WM in 2000. Harry was also a very respected member of Rose Croix and was recently involved in the arranging of a Chapter in Corby but due to his ill health was unable to be there on the day, but was absolutely thrilled that it had finally happened.
Those who met him would say what a wonderful man he was and as a Freemason, he was greatly respected in this Province and beyond.
Harry touched many Masons with his wonderful guidance and help when needed. We will all have his wife and family in our thoughts.
When they say he lived respected and died regretted, this is so apt for Harry.
