CorbyMasons and Lakelands Hospice

A Message from WBro Jimmy Spence.

Hello Everyone
Time for some good news. We know it is the time of year for giving and what a privilege and pleasure it was to represent our wonderful fraternity at the Lakelands Hospice Corby. You will see in the picture we are handing over a cheque for £5k from the Masonic Charitable Foundation. They were so grateful to receive much needed funds, as you can imagine their fundraising has been reduced due to Covid.
I know these are difficult times but this is the type of charity our Festival 2024 will help in the future. Other festivals have contributed to our hospice.
It is always a pleasure to have WBr Kevin Williams a trustee from the provincial charity and WBr Peter Robinson Provincial communications officer with me. We also had the Evening Telegraph there, gathering information and taking pictures. https://www.northantstelegraph.co.uk/news/people/corby-lakelands-hospice-home-service-given-ps5000-cash-boost-freemasons-3048221

I was also thinking about the Red Kite School we helped 2 years ago. Also from the Masonic Charitable Foundation £23k on that occasion. Added a few pictures as a reminder.

Brethren be proud of our charitable donations through the MCF. Please tell your family and friends.
